How to install
- Download the installer above and double-click it.
- Windows may say "Windows protected your PC". Click More info → Run anyway. The installer is new and not yet known to Windows — that is all this message means.
- Follow the steps. The game installs to
C:\RAN Online Foreverby default. - Start RAN ONLINE FOREVER from your desktop. The launcher checks for updates, then log in with your account.

The installer adds the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 runtime the game needs. Updates download automatically through the launcher.
On an Android phone? The Get it on Google Play (beta test) button on the home page has the three steps (join the testers group, opt in, install from Google Play); no Google Play on your phone: Direct APK.

Getting started
- Create an account here (or with the Register button in the launcher).
- Download and install the game.
- Open the launcher, log in, and enter your security key when you pick your character.
- Choose your school — Sacred Gate, Mystic Peak or Phoenix — and one of the four classes: Brawler, Swordsman, Archer or Shaman.

Questions
The launcher says "update server not reachable"
Check your internet connection and try again in a minute. You can still play with the files you have.
I forgot my password or security key
Use Forgot password: we e-mail a link to the address on your account, and you choose a new password (and security key if you like). Never share your password with anyone — staff will never ask for it.
My top-up did not arrive
E-Points are added automatically, usually within a minute after the payment. Check your account — the top-up history shows every payment and its reference. If a paid top-up still shows "pending" after 15 minutes, contact us with the reference number.
Can I run two game windows?

Events
Multiplies the current rates. An event lasts until you end it or the server restarts.
Bonus time: each player who plays that many minutes gets the bonus for its minutes, then the clock starts over. Starting it resets everyone's clock. Empty "end after" = until you press End. Its EXP stacks with an EXP event.
Events and server actions need a Master account.
Referrals (Invite your barkada: settings, creators, invited accounts, payouts; pays every 5 minutes)
Milestones: level:recruiter EP:friend EP, comma separated. Friend cap = new friends paid per recruiter per month. Late level = same-network friends are paid from this level on. Shout day 1-7 = Monday-Sunday (0 = off), at the shout hour (server time). Creator settings apply to creator codes.

Gold, bag and Locker are the copy the game saved last: an online character can be a few minutes behind.
Pick filters and press Show (newest first, 50 a page).
How the phone and browser HUD is used, added up per day: no names, no chat. The PC client does not send yet.
Watch (bot / macro signals, flag only: nothing happens until a GM presses a button)
Signals: W1 hours of manual combat with no chat, NPC or map change · W2 attack/skill requests on a metronome · W3 kills per hour far above the level band · W4 many accounts on one address at the same time. A high-level member levelling a lower member in a party is marked "boost" and hidden. Carlo's own accounts are exempt. Actions: Kick (drops the connection), Ban (account block, days), No EXP (no EXP and no item drops for N hours, the character keeps playing), Freeze (the character cannot move or fight until unfrozen or logs out). Every press is logged.

1. The game
RAN ONLINE: FOREVER is a fan-run server of the classic game RAN Online. It is provided as it is, may change, and may be offline for maintenance. We may suspend accounts that break the rules below.
2. Rules
- No cheating, hacks, bots, macros or exploiting bugs. Report bugs instead.
- No real-money trading of accounts, items or in-game money outside this site.
- No scamming, harassment, hate speech or impersonating staff.
- One person per account. You are responsible for keeping your password and security key private.
3. E-Points
E-Points are a virtual currency for the in-game Item Shop. They have no cash value, cannot be sold, transferred or exchanged for money, and are credited to the account you top up while logged in.
4. Payments and refunds
- Payments are processed by our payment provider via QR Ph. We never see or store your bank or e-wallet details.
- E-Points are added automatically once the payment is confirmed. Each top-up has a reference number shown in your account.
- If you paid but no E-Points arrived, contact us within 30 days with the reference number; we will add the E-Points or refund the payment.
- Once E-Points are credited, the top-up is final and cannot be refunded, except where required by law.
- E-Points of accounts suspended for breaking the rules are forfeited.
4a. Invite rewards
Invite rewards are E-Points for inviting new players, credited as the invited account levels up (see Invite). Referral rewards are void for accounts of the same person: one account per person. We may void invite rewards that break these rules, and change or end the program at any time; rewards already credited stay.
5. Privacy
We store your username, password, security key, email address, your characters, your game activity and your top-up history (amount, date, status, reference). We use them only to run the game and your account, and we do not sell or share them except with the payment provider to process a payment.
To measure our Facebook and Instagram ads, this site uses Meta's pixel: when you open the site or create an account, Meta (Facebook) learns of that visit or sign-up from your browser. We never send Meta your username, password, security key or email address. You can limit how Meta uses this in your Facebook ad settings.
The game counts which buttons and screens are used, without names or chat, to improve the controls.
